#BEACHMODE is a vacation life philosophy. No matter where you are in life, you are ready to enjoy the moment if you are in beachmode.
When you live in the moment, you can’t be unhappy. The things that make us unhappy are things that happened in the past or haven’t happened in the future. Where you are right now, what is there really to make you unhappy? If you keep your mind focused on the here and now and not what has happened or might happen in the future, you are in beachmode.

We created the hashtag #BEACHMODE so we can share our stories of happiness in the here and now with the world. What good is social media if it turns into the news and everyone complains about things that already happened or things that might happen? Social media should bring our joys and happiness together. Make sure to tag your photos with #beachmode. If you have one of our shirts or hoodies on, you might get an EB mug or other gift.
When you are in beachmode, you are ready for anything and you are not going to let anything get to you. Beachmode is the first wave at the crack of dawn and that toast to sunset on the beach with your favorite beverage and friends.
